Unlike other chocolates in the Excellence collection, our Belgian truffles are blended and rolled individually by hand. The centers consist of a melt-in-your-mouth dense, yet creamy ganache which is dipped in tempered chocolate to give just the right snap and rolled in a dusting of cocoa, nuts, granulated or spiced confectioner’s sugar.
